Super Moderator

A Super Moderator, or Super Mod, is a member who has all the powers and responsibilities of a normal Moderator, only on a site-wide scope. Super moderators can also promote other moderators, respond to complaints, and disable account features such as NeoPM, Signature and Avatar use, and profile access. These members are ones that stand out in the Neoseeker community and have a great deal of experience with the site. To see a list of all of the super moderators and their statuses, there is a Supermoderator Activity thread to show which super mods are currently active, and a super mod group on the my.friends tab of my.neoforum, which shows their online status. The rank above super moderator is Neostaff, but you must work at the actual Neo Era Media Headquarters to get promoted to the status of neostaff.

They are given a (supermod) (alternatively supermod, without the brackets, if the super mod has no Custom Title) tag.

Undercover Moderators have the same powers of super moderators, but lack the tag or public recognition.
